From a small office in Nagpur to becoming India's leading ERP provider for manufacturers

1987

The Beginning

Our founder, Rakesh Khator, started off by making an in-house accounting system for a steel company. In 1987, Rakesh started his own business, Lighthouse Systems, in a small office Nagpur, provided customized financial accounting software to regional small businesses, including a significant number of manufacturers.

2000

Strategic Pivot

In year 2000, Lighthouse changed the company’s focus to serving the unique information management software needs of enterprise level manufacturing and trading industries. Lighthouse ERP was designed specifically for the manufacturing industry.

2010

Nation Wide Expansion

Due to the vast success of the software, Lighthouse expanded nationally and began working exclusively with SME manufacturers that were growing and had complex business requirements.

Shashank is the Solution Architect behind all major technical initiatives taken by Lighthouse. He is a strong leader with an open door policy and brings cohesive leadership across the entire organization.

Dhruv Khator ( Director- Business Development)

Dhruv brings seven years of consulting, marketing, and strategy experience, focusing on marketing, market development, and business development. He has held roles at Cap Gemini, Transocean, Amot Inc., and holds an MBA.
